Yes, YOU can make a difference and we value YOU!
Calvary Bible Church believes that there is no substitute for dynamic, relevant preaching from God’s Word. The greatest decisions that a teenager can make are to receive Christ as one’s Savior, to dedicate oneself to Christ, to submit to God-given authorities, and to keep oneself pure and unspotted in this world system. Calvary Bible Church offers Teen classes on Sunday morning. Often during the summer the high school teens have summer mission opportunities.

Calvary Bible believes that young people are the future of both the church and the nation. Therefore Calvary Bible provides opportunities for young people to develop their social graces in group settings that promote healthy attitudes with high standards. Young people are challenged to live for a cause that is greater than they are.

Let No Man Despise Thy Youth

…but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in spirit, in faith, in purity. (II Timothy 4:12) — Teens, YOU CAN make a difference and positive impact for the glory of God.

Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart. (II Timothy 2:22). How? These next verses from God’s Word give us more help…

Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. (Ephesians 6:10-16)

Mission Trips

Our young people have taken mission trips to Essex Missouri, Flanders New Jersey, Gordon Nebraska, twice to Nova Scotia, Canada, twice to Charleston, West Virginia, Skandia Michigan, Ulen Minnesota, and 3 trips to Jamaica. Our teens hosted VBS programs for children and Cola wars for teens. It has been great to see our teens serve the Lord on short-term mission teams. Praise the Lord for those who have accepted Christ as a result of the mission trips.
